It's been two years already, and it feels like 75 have gone by. I mean that in the best way possible! I was just telling a friend recently the timeline of Geoff and my dating history. On paper, we had a pretty short time of dating with an even longer long-distance relationship before we were swept away with love and marriage. And let me go on the record for saying that if I were my friend I would've thought, you've only been dating for a year, and half of that was apart, how can you be sure he's the one for you to spend your life with?? But then I go back to my original statement, it feels like I've known him for a lifetime. Even in the short time we'd known each other, what I did know I loved and I knew I wanted to know more. He just got me and I got him. He loves me without any conditions. He makes me laugh, we share similar values, and he makes me want to be a better woman. He just had that 'thing' I was needing and didn't know I was looking for. In short, he's my best friend.
Marrying this guy two years ago was
the easiest decision I've ever made and my life has been better for it since. So, Geoff, this post's for you. (well, now it just sounds like a Bud commercial)
Now with all my gushy love aside, won't you take a walk with me down memory lane from our special day...when I said 'I do' and he did too.
God stepped in and Geoff swept me away. Happy Anniversary baby!

Thanks for sharing this special day with us...
